Grief Support

Grief can feel completely overwhelming and isolating. When you have lost a loved one, are dealing with the end of a relationship, or are struggling with one of life’s sharp left turns, the emotional turmoil can be tough to navigate.

I am available for one-on-one coaching sessions, either in-person or online. Losing my eldest son, Simon, when he was eight years old, I have gained an intimate understanding of grief, along with a high level of empathy and lack of judgement.

Sessions can be tailored to your unique needs and pace of healing, however, there are six modules I have developed to provide some structure. The aim is to guide you through a healthy healing process, helping you develop tools to cope with the loss and eventually thrive, finding joy and purpose again.
